  • How long does shipping take?
    Your package will ship via FedEx which generally takes 2-3 business days.
  • Do your kits come with an Elf?
    No, we assume your family already has an Elf that comes to visit from the North Pole.
  • What supplies do I need?
    None, we tried to include everything you need to execute the activities as shown in the pictures. No searching for scissors, tape, string, etc! We tried to make this as easy as possible for you.
  • Are your kits compatible with any size Elf?
    We understand Elves come in different shapes and sizes. We tried to create our activites to be compatible with most standard size Elves (about 8-14 inches tall). If you have any specific questions about the activity sizes or compatibility of our activities with your Elf please contact us.
  • How long do most activities take to set up?
    Most activities should only take 1-5 minutes. Instructions are included for each activity. All supplies are included for quick and easy set up.
  • How are the Activity Kits organized?
    Each item that you order is individually prepared and placed in a binder. Each activity is given it's own page in the binder with a description of the activity and instructions on how to set it up. You just pull out a page and set up the activity. Each activity should take less than 3 minutes and each activity includes all the supplies necessary.
  • Do you sell Elf dolls?
    No, we only sell the activities for Elves.
  • Do you ship outside of the continental United States?
    No, unfortunately we only ship within the continental United States.
